Triac Pool Products is a division of Latham Splash Canada, a subsidiary of Latham Manufacturing Corporation.
Triac was founded in 1967 as Scarborough Canvas Fabricators Limited (SCFL). SCFL began in the tarpaulin business and later began making reinforced vinyl tarps for transport trucks. In the late 1960's SCFL began fabricating vinyl swimming pool liners, and soon became the largest maker in Canada, and one of the largest in North America. In 1991 Scarborough Canvas, along with two other divisions of Sealed Air of Canada Ltd., City Fibreglass and Lifestyle Spas merged to form Triac Industries Inc. Lifestyle Spas was sold to Maxx Spas in 1995, and in early 2002, Rockcliffe Recreational Products Limited was added to Triac Industries Inc. In November of 2002 Triac Industries Inc. and Pacific Pools merged to create the largest manufacturer of vinyl swimming pool liners and fibreglass and acrylic pool steps, slides and diving boards.

Triac has developed, and uses only state-of-the-art manufacturing technology in making all of its products.

Full 3/4" lap-weld seams, continuous roto-weld bead application and step-by-step quality control ensure a perfect liner every time. Custom and unique liners are the speciality of a design team working with the latest computer assisted design programmers and hardware.
